Artwork
We can work with most artwork files you may have, but for optimal results, we require vectorized artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format. If your logo or artwork is not available in vector format, our team can convert it into the right format for a small fee.
Absolutely! While many of our competitors focus on prefab designs, Crystal Sensations is more than willing to accommodate fully customized designs so you can achieve that level of uniqueness you’re looking for.
Absolutely! Our team can extrude your existing logo or art to create the 3-dimensional effect inside of our 3D modeling software. Keep in mind that this is not the same as a fully 3-dimensional model, however.
In addition to Subsurface Laser Engraving, we also offer MicroResolution and surface etching, both of which are designed for two different purposes. It all depends on the type of look you most desire. We also offer customized color-filling to further enhance and add vibrance to your finished awards.
Ordering
Contact us directly by filling out our form, and we’ll get you started! Typically, clients send us a purchase order which we use as a reference from start to finish.
Once the product has been selected, you will let us know the design or concept and send over any images or logo assets. We will create a 2D or 3D layout as a mockup. We generate a multi-page PDF with different views and angles, and personalizations. Then we go to revisions, as needed. Once approved, you can sit back and relax while we produce your stunning crystal pieces.
Shipping
We move fast, which means we want to ship your order to you ASAP. However, this depends on the size and complexity of your particular order. We seek to have all orders shipped within 2 weeks of receipt. We may also be able to place a rush order to deal with tight deadlines, though an extra fee will be incurred.
Return Policy
Crystal Sensations takes pride in its top-notch record for accuracy and quality. However, if a mistake has been made on our end, we will take all steps to rectify the issue at no further cost to you.
Unfortunately, shipping damages do sometimes occur, albeit rarely. Simply let us know how many pieces have been damaged so we can immediately produce and ship out replacements. If your damaged pieces are personalized, please make sure to note which exact ones need replacements. Please note that we may require photographs of the damaged pieces for confirmation.
